We warmly invite you to join us for our 12th Annual Salmon Bake—a signature event that brings together fine food, festive music, and the breathtaking beauty of the Umpqua Valley.
Indulge in a mouthwatering feast featuring our Native American-style fire-roasted salmon, smoked baby back ribs, fresh fruit salad, corn salad, cheese tortellini with pesto, and a decadent dessert to top off the evening.
As the sun sets over the Callahan Mountains, enjoy live music by the High Street Band, one of the most dynamic and crowd-pleasing groups in the Pacific Northwest. After dinner, the amphitheater becomes your dance floor—so be sure to bring your dancing shoes!
