Enjoy our Seafood Paella dinner (by Chef Ron Costa) as we celebrate the release of our most distinctive red wine: the Tempranillo Deux Barrique! What distinguishes this Tempranillo is the prolonged aging process of 1 year of New American Oak and 1 additional year in New French Oak before bottling. The resulting wine defies expectations, being both robust and elegant, sturdy yet delicate. Amazingly, the wine is neither excessively oaky nor overly tannic, a paradox of conventional wine wisdom. Tickets are only $75 per person and includes a 4-ounce glass of Tempranillo Deux Barrique and a Seafood Paella Dinner enjoying the sound live Spanish guitar!
