The Meaning of "Best Barrel"

Back in 2008, Stephen noticed that there always seemed to be a single barrel that was the "Best" of the vintage and varietal... the "tall poppy" in the field. Rather than blend this barrel with others, he elected to bottle them separately creating the "Best Barrel" program. There are only 300 bottles produced... each is signed by Stephen.
