"Big Dawg" Roasted Pig & Cajun Oysters

Beginning around noon, we have guest Chef Mitch "Big Dawg" Wade coming out to cook two little pigs and his famous Cajun Oysters and Half Shell Clams. 

Big Dawg hails from Coos Bay, Oregon, where his famous oysters are featured in multiple restaurants.
