Bold, broad shouldered and well structured. This lovely white delivers exotic aromas of quince, grapefruit, apricot and peach. It rests on framework that is lean and intense yet simultaneously rich and full bodied. There is a stony smoky mineral character that weaves throughout. It finishes long with bright acidity that bodes well for both food and aging. 150 cases produced.
