2007 Grüner Veltliner “SOREK & REVELATION BLOC” What an exotic wine! Beautifully proportioned! Elegant and flavorful! Aromatically provocative! Our 3 rd vintage of Gru Ve is our best to date. This wine is concentrated and seamless offering a rich satiny texture with aromas and flavors of chamomile, apricot, pineapple, honey and white peach. The resonating finish unfolds on the palate layer by layer and seems to go on forever and ever. This wine will pair with a multitude of foods and should cellar well for years to come. |
