Addie's Sparkle's Release

Add some fizz to your wine collection with this sparkling wine crafted using the traditional Méthode Champenoise. Comprised of 100% Grüner Veltliner, this wine received 12 months of Sur Lees aging (the process of aging with yeast still in the bottle.) This prolonged contact with dead yeast may sound offensive, but rest assured, this adds nuance and elevates the complexity of the wine.
Who is Addie?
When you meet her, you'll find Addie has more sparkle than the wine itself. Adeline Smith, age 9, is the daughter of our Associate Winemaker Wade Smith. Since 2017, Adeline has crafted a different label for each vintage of our sparkling program through of variety of drawing and painting techniques, transforming them into coveted collectibles. This year, Addie used traditional oil pastels to create an "en plain air" style painting of the famous Prayer Rock and the solitary oak tree.
