Expressive and vibrant… an intriguing floral aroma… a hint of chamomile and green tea… followed by mandarin orange and ripe pineapple flavors. The round supple mouth feel through the mid palate suddenly morphs into a racy wine showing vibrant acidity with a touch of petrol ultimately giving way to lemon thyme and green apple flavors that dance on the palate through a long satisfying finish. An age worthy wine and perfect accompaniment to spicy ethnic dishes including spicy thai curry and Cajun style seafood dishes.
