Have you heard the news? Reustle - Prayer Rock Vineyards 2008 Pinot Noir scored a 91 in the February Issue of Wine Spectator, the world's largest-circulation consumer wine magazine, making it the highest-rated wine in the Umpqua Valley by the publication... ever! And, our 2008 Tempranillo scored an 89, tying the second-highest score (but beating it by far in price!) for any Tempranillo in the entire state of Oregon! So whether you are with friends, or out on a date, early Valentine's Day in the Cave will be a time to celebrate! We have roses for the ladies, concert violin from 12-4pm, and a celebratory vertical flight of Pinot Noir (2007 from our wine library, 91-rated 2008, and recently-released 2009) to be paired with special cheeses in the cave... And we will crown your tasting with chocolate and our 2008 Tempranillo. So come on out and let us spoil you rotten! |

Gloria just might be the one getting murdered this night, as she volunteered Stephen to play a main character, "Joe Smith, CEO of Smith Winery," at this entertaining event benefiting Wildlife Safari. Come on out to the Roseburg Country Club and see Whodunit... all of course, while enjoying dinner and wines from Reustle - Prayer Rock Vineyards! $75/person. Wine & Sushi (by RSVP, limited to 30) Our very own Denise (Ishida) Smith will lead off our first Cooking Demonstration of 2012 with a japanese favorite... Sushi Rolls! Starting off with edamame and green tea, you'll finish by learning how to roll your own sushi creations, and then enjoy them for lunch! This event is $50/person and is tax-deductible, with 100% of proceeds going to Prayer Rock Academy, Southern Oregon's Only Classical & Christian School. |
